If your fall calendar is already filling up, you may want to save a little room for some time to relax.
Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa is introducing a new lineup of wellness experiences this season, giving locals and visitors a chance to step away from the everyday routine and enjoy a little more time to reset.
And these aren't your typical wellness classes. Think floating sound journeys, guided drawing meditation, poolside Pilates, and sunrise experiences surrounded by the beauty of Camelback Mountain.

This evening experience invites guests to float in Sanctuary's Infinity Pool beneath a nearly full moon while a sound healer guides the experience with crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle water rhythms.
It's part relaxation, part unique Scottsdale experience, and a pretty memorable way to wind down a summer evening.

Looking for a way to unplug that doesn't involve a yoga mat?
This experience uses the NeuroGraphica method, combining simple lines, color, and reflection to encourage relaxation and mindfulness. No artistic experience is required, so you can simply show up and enjoy the process.

If you're more of a morning person, this one may be for you.
The sunrise experience combines mindful breathing and gentle movement in the water before transitioning into a guided float with crystal singing bowls and gongs.
It's designed around the seasonal transition into fall and offers a peaceful way to start the weekend.
One of the things I love about Scottsdale is that wellness here doesn't have to look one specific way. You can spend the morning hiking Camelback Mountain, book a relaxing spa treatment, or try something completely different like a floating sound journey.
These new experiences at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain are a great reminder that sometimes the best way to enjoy Arizona is to slow down and take it all in.
