The North Phoenix shopping and entertainment hub is adding four brand-new dining and cocktail spots over the next year — each bringing its own global flair and flavor.
Foodies can look forward to everything from Michelin-rated Indian cuisine to authentic Brazilian Churrasco, Japanese ramen, and a world-travel–themed cocktail lounge.
Here’s what’s coming soon:
Formerly known as Feringhee Modern Indian Cuisine, Nadu will open its new 4,000-square-foot space in February 2026.
Led by celebrated Chef Sujan Sarkar, Nadu was recently added to the 2025 Michelin Guide for its creative blend of traditional Indian spices and fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The menu will highlight India’s diverse culinary regions, all served in a setting that combines authenticity with modern elegance.
A cult favorite from Nagoya, Japan, Kajiken is bringing its signature abura soba — a thick, sauce-tossed ramen without broth — to Desert Ridge later this year.
Guests can expect an authentic Japanese dining experience in a cozy 1,700-square-foot space filled with imported décor. Customize your bowl with toppings or explore their full lineup of noodles, sides, and Japanese comfort food favorites.
Opening in summer 2026, Terra Gaucha will deliver an immersive Southern Brazilian steakhouse experience. Think fire-roasted meats carved tableside, a vibrant Gourmet Hot and Cold Table, and bold flavors perfect for group celebrations.
The 7,600-square-foot restaurant promises an upscale yet inviting atmosphere, ideal for anyone craving a taste of Brazil right in Phoenix.
Set to debut in early 2026, this 800-square-foot cocktail lounge offers an intimate, travel-inspired escape.
Guests can enjoy globally inspired cocktails, “Business Class Boarding” happy hours, and even stamp a passport loyalty card with every drink. Each visit promises a taste of a new destination — the perfect spot for adventurous sippers and after-hours explorers.
“We’re thrilled to bring a world of flavors to Desert Ridge Marketplace,” said Jenny Cushing, Vice President of Leasing at Vestar. “These new additions bring fresh energy and unique offerings, further enhancing our vision of creating a dynamic, experience-driven destination.”
These new arrivals will join Desert Ridge favorites like Barrio Queen, Backyard, Kona Grill, Yard House, and Dave & Buster’s, continuing to make the marketplace one of the best dining destinations in North Phoenix.
