Compass Adds North & Co to Become Arizona’s Largest Luxury Brokerage

Compass, the largest residential real estate brokerage in the United States by sales volume, announces it has strengthened its presence in Arizona with the addition of the strongest independent brand in the state, North & Co.

 

This cements the company’s position as the number one brokerage for luxury residential sales in the state, just 18 months after entering the Arizona market with the acquisition of Launch Real Estate, formerly the number one independent luxury brand in the state.

 

The addition also creates a locally driven but nationally backed powerhouse that will drive Arizona real estate into the future.

With the addition of North & Co, Compass will have more than 450 producing agents and an expanded presence in key Arizona markets, from Flagstaff and Prescott to Arcadia, Central Phoenix and the Greater Southeast Valley. Compass is now responsible for nearly $4 billion in luxury real estate sales in Arizona, making it the top seller of high-end homes in one of the country’s best markets.

 

North & Co-Founder Brian North and the North & Co executive team will continue to lead their teams locally.
