The West Valley is about to get even more exciting. Goodyear’s GSQ development is welcoming a wave of new restaurants and retailers that will transform the area into a premier hub for fashion, dining, and lifestyle experiences.
Among the most anticipated openings: Nordstrom Rack, Fogo de Chão, and First Watch — each bringing something fresh and unique to the growing city square.
Set to open in spring 2027, Nordstrom Rack will anchor this next phase of GSQ with a 25,000-square-foot store. Shoppers can expect a curated mix of top brands at unbeatable prices, making it a major draw for West Valley fashion lovers.
In 2026, foodies will be able to enjoy the internationally renowned Fogo de Chão at the corner of Goodyear Way and Bullard Avenue. The 8,460-square-foot restaurant will serve its signature fire-roasted meats, an abundant Market Table, and warm Brazilian hospitality — a dining experience unlike any other in the area.
Also arriving in 2026 is First Watch, the popular daytime café known for breakfast, brunch, and lunch favorites like Avocado Toast, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, and Million Dollar Bacon. The new 3,800-square-foot space will include a bar, patio, and a locally inspired mural.
GSQ’s restaurant lineup doesn’t stop there. Also opening in 2026:
California Fish Grill (2,278 sq. ft.)
CAVA (2,533 sq. ft.)
Kura Revolving Sushi Bar (3,080 sq. ft.)
And for pet parents, Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) will launch a 5,625-square-foot, 24-hour animal hospital next to Black Rock Coffee Bar, bringing critical care services to the community.
Goodyear Mayor Joe Pizzillo calls GSQ “one of the West Valley’s premier destinations,” with each new addition adding more vibrancy and energy to the city square.
The 150-acre mixed-use project, co-developed by RED Development and Globe Corporation, will eventually feature entertainment venues, high-end and fast-casual restaurants, retail, residential, hotels, and office space.
Already announced tenants include Trader Joe’s, Black Rock Coffee Bar, and Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, alongside existing favorites like BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, Over Easy, Shake Shack, and The Yard Milkshake Bar.
With this lineup, GSQ is well on its way to becoming a must-visit spot in the Valley for dining, shopping, and gathering.
