Élephante Opens in Scottsdale

Exciting news for Scottsdale food lovers—Élephante is making its highly anticipated Arizona debut on December 4th at Scottsdale Fashion Square. Bringing a custom-designed space and a Mediterranean-inspired menu, this coastal Italian hotspot is set to become the perfect new addition to Scottsdale’s vibrant dining scene. Led by Chef Partner Thomas Lim, Élephante’s menu combines coastal Italian classics with bold, seasonal flavors. Guests can savor wood-fired pizzas like the Burrata Pizza and Soppressata Pizza, fresh pastas such as the Tortellini Pomodoro and Cacio e Pepe, and standout dishes like the Grilled Octopus, Diver Scallops, and the hearty 10oz Prime Skirt Steak. Exclusive to Scottsdale is an expanded selection of dips for their signature wood-fired puccia bread—a soft, puffed bread from Italy’s Puglia region—featuring options like Whipped Eggplant, Whipped Stracchino, and Burrata with Caviar.

 

To complement the food, Élephante offers an impressive beverage program featuring signature cocktails, rotating frozen specialties, and draft creations. Highlights include The Élephante with passion fruit, lemon, almond orgeat, Montenegro, and Calabrian chili, as well as Cactus Water and the White Elephant. Espresso martinis come in creative variations like lavender, cinnamon, or mocha, each topped with custom coffee ink art. Wine lovers will enjoy four private-label wines exclusive to Élephante, including a Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley available only in Arizona.

 

A special addition to the Scottsdale location is Bar Bambino, a hidden cocktail lounge opening on December 7th. Tucked inside Élephante, this intimate late-night space features live DJs, sophisticated cocktails, and tableside Cocktail Cart Service for a personalized experience. Guests can sip on standout drinks like the Maple Wood Smoked Old Fashioned and the La Bambina, paired with bites such as Lobster Rolls, Tuna Tartare, and Caviar Toast.

 

Designed by Nick Mathers of the Wish You Were Here Group, Élephante seamlessly blends Arizona’s desert beauty with coastal Italian elegance. From hand-plastered walls and Italian-imported Carrara tile to a plant-filled patio and artisanal furniture, every detail is crafted to transport guests to the Mediterranean while celebrating Scottsdale’s unique style.
